Our work starts with the real estate business plan, cash flows, risk profile and investor objectives. We assess potential debt and equity structures, prepare investment materials and coordinate discussions and due diligence with suitable counterparties. The focus is the capital process: how an opportunity is positioned, what information prospective funders need and how proposals compare commercially. Financial Consulting supplies the underlying modelling and analysis, while Commercial Transactions handles asset acquisition, disposal and leasing. Our role is advisory and coordination; it does not include investment-product distribution, underwriting, regulated securities services or a guarantee of financing.
