We represent the client through the delivery of new-build, refurbishment, fit-out and conversion projects. Starting with the agreed scope, we establish responsibilities, milestones and reporting so design teams, contractors and suppliers work towards the same outcome. Our focus is execution: coordinating information, supporting procurement decisions, monitoring cost and programme, and identifying risks and changes before they undermine delivery. We connect technical progress with the commercial brief and give the client a clear view of decisions required. At completion, we coordinate defects, documentation and the handover process with the appointed specialists. Development Management defines the wider investment strategy; Project Management controls the work needed to deliver it.
